All our items are made to order - any floral piece,such as
kissingballs,wreaths,garlands,topiaries,centerpieces and hand painted
portraits/mailboxes - are not returnable or refundable,and depending on availability of
some florals,we cannot make them exactly how the picture shows ,for everything is
made to order and all flowers may vary in style,and color.
In the case of getting wrong item when the right order is clearly specified-for example-
you received a rose wreath when you may have ordered a pet portrait! (For in rare
cases sometimes items get switched during packaging and we do apologize) ,in this case
heart of heaven gifts will exchange the right order when the order received is sent
back in the same condition AND in the same box it was sent in.

Gifts must be notified within 48 hrs of when purchase is received .
