send it to me,I will paint the portrait from the photograph.
2)Can the portrait be of more than one person? Yes, you may include up to
three people or pets at no additional charge.
3)Who is the artist that paints the portraits? Bonnie Nowak is a self-trained,
experienced portrait artist.
4)Are the portraits painted for quality? Absolutely,Our portraits are not sprayed
or computer generated, they are individually hand painted.
5)Can I send an electronic image instead of a picture? Yes, you can e-mail your
photo to heartofheaven777@aol.com
6)Will my photograph be returned to me? Yes, we will return your photograph
with your portrait. However, please do not send us a one of a kind,
irreplaceable photo. Although every caution is taken to care for your
photograph, accidents do happen and we cannot be held responsible for lost
or damaged photographs. Have a copy made at a photo lab for these pictures.
Also, please be sure to label the back of your photograph with your full name,
and address.
7)How long until I receive my portrait? You should receive your portrait about
eight weeks from the date we receive your photograph.
8)Why does it take so long to get the portraits? Each portrait is carefully and
professionally hand painted, not airbrushed or sprayed.
9)How is my portrait shipped? Your portrait will be shipped via USPS. The
portrait is shipped rolled and will need to be framed.
